The Federal Facilities Management Authority is seeking a qualified catering contractor to operate full-service dining at a government facility in Dover, Delaware. Services include daily breakfast and lunch service for approximately 320 federal employees (Monday–Friday), executive dining room management for senior-level meetings and events, catering for all-hands meetings and federal briefings (50–250 attendees), seasonal and holiday event catering, and on-call special event support. The selected vendor will operate in a federally managed commercial kitchen with all equipment provided. All kitchen staff must pass federal background screening.
