The Delaware State Convention Center is seeking a reliable event support vendor to provide setup, breakdown, and staffing services for 40+ annual events. Scope includes furniture and equipment setup/teardown, room configuration changes, AV equipment staging assistance, on-call floor staff during events, and post-event cleaning coordination. The vendor will work closely with the in-house events team and must maintain flexible staffing capacity to support concurrent events. Experience with government and public sector events preferred.
